Your appointment is structured to be efficient, transparent, and completely pressure-free.

Once you check in, your vehicle is brought into the shop and the Inspection and/or service begins immediately — following a structured process designed to document condition first, before any recommendations are made. We also document completed services. 

 

Inspection & Verification Comes First

We don’t just check boxes — we give you the facts you can act on. You leave knowing exactly what matters, what can wait, and what won’t surprise you down the road. 

 

For inspection-based appointments (tires, brakes, suspension & steering, alignment verification, or Vehicle Control Inspection™), we always start by:

  • Inspecting the relevant systems
  • Documenting findings with photos and technician notes
  • Identifying anything that affects safety, performance, or accuracy
  • No repair decisions are made until findings are confirmed and documented.

 

How Inspection Findings Are Reviewed

If the inspection shows no immediate concerns, we’ll tell you that — clearly and directly.

 

If something requires attention, we’ll walk you through it in a structured way:

• Explain exactly what was found
• Show supporting photos and documented measurements
• Review priority level (requires immediate action / future action required)
• Outline realistic options — without assumptions

You won’t be handed a list and left guessing. You’ll understand what matters, what can wait, and why. And then you decide how to proceed.

There’s no pressure to approve work on the spot — because the goal of all Inspections is clarity first, decisions second.

 

If Additional Work Is Recommended

Nothing is done without your consent.

 

Sometimes inspection findings indicate that further inspection is needed, a repair should be addressed, or an adjustment/service would be beneficial. When that happens, we will:

  • Explain why
  • Review scope and timing
  • Confirm approval before any additional work is performed

 

 

Check-Out & Payment

 

  • You’ll receive a summary of findings or work performed
  • Payment can be completed digitally or in person
  • Assisted check-out is available if you prefer to review everything with a team member
